Shipping Policy

 

We do our best to process your orders as fast as possible. Your pre-orders are processed within 1-3 business days. They will be ready and shipped within a few weeks. 

 

A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. You can check the status of your package using your tracking number on our website.

 

In case you encounter any problems during the delivery of your order, please feel free to contact us via e-mail info@loschullos.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

 

As Los Chullos, we prioritize customer satisfaction after sales and respect consumer rights. In case of any problems, dissatisfaction and bad experiences you may have with the products you have purchased, we receive your requests, evaluate our options and resolve your problems as soon as possible. 

 

Our conditions regarding the return process are listed below. If any of the conditions are not met, the product return request will not be accepted.

 

Return Policy

 

- Please contact us via info@loschullos.com for the product you want to return and get your shipping return code.

- The product to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the date the cargo reaches the user.

- The products to be returned must be sent as received, in the original box, with standard accessories, unused and undamaged.

- Since our company uses e-invoice in order to prevent paper waste, the invoices of the orders are sent via e-mail. For this reason, it is not necessary to send any invoice / delivery note for the products to be returned.

- The shipping fee of the products for which the right of withdrawal is used belongs to the customer. If the product or products to be returned are defective, the shipping fee will be covered by Los Chullos if sent by our contracted cargo companies.

- If the products received by us are found suitable for return after a maximum 7-day inspection process, a refund will be made. The time for the refunded amount to be credited to your account is at the discretion of your bank.
